Flying with Jet OUT

How do I book a flight?

Contact your Jet OUT concierge team by phone at (414) 410-9000 or email hello@JetOUT.com with your travel details. They’ll confirm availability, coordinate your itinerary, and handle ground transport, catering, and any other trip logistics.

How soon before my flight do I need to arrive?

Jet OUT asks that passengers arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled departure time. Arrival details are communicated via email and displayed on your itinerary.

What information does Jet OUT need before my flight?

Please provide your full legal name, date of birth, weight, and estimated luggage weight early in the reservation process. This information helps our operations team plan your flight accurately.

What information is required for FAA No Fly List compliance?

Federal regulations require Jet OUT to collect your full legal name, gender, and date of birth in advance of your flight.

Can I book a last-minute flight?

All flights must be finalized by 5 PM the day before departure. Jet OUT does not currently offer same-day flights.

What happens if I need to cancel a flight?

Contact your concierge team as soon as plans change. The earlier you notify us, the more flexibility we have to adjust.

How far in advance should I book a flight?

There’s no minimum lead time beyond the 5 PM day-before cutoff, but booking earlier gives your concierge team more time to coordinate the best itinerary. In general, more lead time means a smoother experience.

What happens if there’s a problem with my flight?

Flight delays, aircraft swaps, and cancellations are rare but can occur due to weather or FAA regulations. If any issue arises, our concierge and operations teams will work directly with you to arrange alternatives.

What does Jet OUT do in inclement weather?

Safety comes first. Our operations team monitors conditions and determines whether your flight can operate within published FAA rules. If weather affects your travel, our team will communicate updates and work with you on alternative arrangements.

Can I fly internationally?

Yes. Jet OUT owners can travel throughout the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central America. Your concierge team handles customs coordination and any additional logistics for international trips.

Will Jet OUT always provide two pilots?

Yes. Every Jet OUT flight is operated by two qualified pilots trained in Crew Resource Management (CRM) techniques. Two-pilot operations are central to how Jet OUT maintains its safety standard.

How long can Jet OUT pilots fly per day?

All Jet OUT pilots operate under FAA duty time restrictions, which limit flight time to a maximum of 10 hours per day for two-pilot crews.

Can I bring pets on board?

Yes. Pets fly with you in the cabin. Certain breed and size restrictions may apply. Please provide details on the size and number of your pets when you request your flight.

Are there baggage restrictions?

Jet OUT is prohibited from transporting dangerous goods or hazardous materials as defined by the FAA and DOT. Standard luggage is welcome. Please provide estimated luggage weights during the reservation process.

Do car seats and strollers fit on the aircraft?

Car seats are not required but are the safest option for young children. FAA-approved car seats and CARES harnesses are both permitted. Please arrive early if you’ll be installing a car seat. Jet OUT does not provide seating for small children.

Can I let others use my travel days?

Yes. You decide who flies on your aircraft. You are not required to be present.

What does Nonstop Efficiency mean?

Nonstop Efficiency is Jet OUT’s tagline and operating principle. It reflects our commitment to protecting your time, delivering clear value, and removing unnecessary complexity from private aviation.

How safe is flying with Jet OUT?

Safety is at the forefront of all Jet OUT operations, driven by our Safety Management System. Jet OUT is an Argus Gold-rated operator. Every flight is crewed by two qualified pilots who undergo rigorous, ongoing training.

Programs

What counts as a travel day?

A travel day is one calendar day of aircraft use. Within that day, you can fly as many legs as your schedule requires. For example, a morning departure, a stop in another city for lunch, and an evening return home would all fall within a single travel day.

What programs does Jet OUT offer?

Jet OUT offers three programs: Co-Ownership, Co-Lease, and Private Charter. Each operates on the same factory-new fleet with the same crews and standards. The difference is the commitment level and structure. For a side-by-side comparison, visit our Programs page.

Where can I learn more about Co-Ownership?

The Co-Ownership page includes program details, pricing, and frequently asked questions specific to Co-Ownership. Visit the Co-Ownership page.

Where can I learn more about Co-Lease?

The Co-Lease page includes program details, pricing, and frequently asked questions specific to Co-Lease. Visit the Co-Lease page.

Can I switch from Co-Lease to Co-Ownership?

Yes. Many owners start with Co-Lease and convert to Co-Ownership. Your Jet OUT representative can walk you through the transition at any point during or at the end of your Co-Lease term.

Where can I learn more about Private Charter?

The Charter page covers how Jet OUT charter works and how to book. Visit the Charter page.

Do I need to live near my base airport?

To fully benefit from Jet OUT’s regional model, we recommend living or working within 75 miles of the base airport where your aircraft is located.

Are there any additional costs beyond what’s published?

Jet OUT does not charge repositioning fees for in-base flights, crew fees, fuel surcharges, cleaning fees, or landing fees. Published pricing reflects actual operating costs.
