Joe is a lifelong entrepreneur with a career shaped by his passion for aviation, finance, and technology. As the CEO of Jet OUT,  he enjoys building companies that challenge convention and create smarter ways to fly. Outside of work, Joe loves spending time with his family and is often found programming or developing software projects just for fun. A licensed commercial pilot with multi-engine and instrument ratings, he brings both curiosity and hands-on experience to everything he leads.

Matt brings a diverse background in engineering, marketing, and leadership to his role as COO, helping guide Jet OUT’s growth with vision and integrity. His passion for aviation traces back to his grandfather, a WWII B-17 Flight Engineer, and a lifelong curiosity for how things are built. Outside of work, Matt loves spending time with his wife and two boys—whether skiing, scuba diving, or coaching the local high school mountain biking team. He believes that good intentions only matter when they become action, a principle that defines both his career and character.

A pilot, entrepreneur, and strategist, Gordon blends business acumen with a lifelong passion for flight. An Embry-Riddle graduate, he views leadership as the art of aligning people and purpose to drive growth sustainably. He believes “pressure is a privilege,” embracing the challenges that come with high performance and precision. When he’s not leading revenue initiatives, Gordon enjoys golf, travel, and time with his wife Melissa and their young family, finding balance and inspiration in every adventure.

David’s love for aviation began with a fascination for airplanes and a drive to understand what makes them soar. With a degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver, he thrives in the dynamic environment of operations, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to collaborate across departments. Outside of work, David and his family love being outdoors, whether cycling, hiking, or exploring the mountains that remind him of his days working at REI in Colorado. He lives by the motto, “This too shall pass,” a phrase that keeps him balanced in both aviation and life.

Ryan’s connection to aviation runs deep, shaped by his education at UW–Madison and Fox Valley Technical College’s flight program. He’s driven by the belief that “to give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift,” a mantra that defines both his leadership and personal life. Outside of work, Ryan loves staying active through running and exploring the vast beauty of America’s national parks. His mix of discipline and curiosity continues to elevate Jet OUT’s operations and partnerships.

Kodye’s aviation journey began when he was just three years old, mesmerized by aircraft soaring over MSP airport. As the first pilot in his family, he turned that early wonder into a career rooted in purpose and progression, earning two degrees in Aviation Management here in Wisconsin. He’s passionate about leading with safety and precision, and enjoys the ever-evolving nature of aviation. When he’s not working, Kodye loves sharing life’s simple joys with his wife and two kids, often while watching his favorite sports or catching a race.

Jeni is passionate about creating memorable experiences and meaningful connections for Jet OUT’s owners and guests. When she’s not ensuring every detail of the customer journey runs smoothly, she’s happiest spending time with her son, her dog, or out riding horses. She lives by the simple rule, “If someone needs help, you help them,” a value that guides both her work and her life. A true Midwesterner at heart, Jeni enjoys spontaneous road trips and cheering on her favorite hockey team, the Chicago Blackhawks.

Andrew has always been drawn to adventure, whether it’s traveling to new destinations, spending weekends on the baseball field with his three boys, or exploring the outdoors. A UW–Janesville graduate, he loves discovering new places like Jackson Hole and creating experiences that bring his family together. His easygoing personality and love for connection make him a natural fit for the people-focused world of aviation. And thanks to his wife’s growing Instagram fame, their family outings occasionally come with a few fun fan encounters along the way.

Pete brings a lifelong passion for aviation to his role as Sales Director, blending industry expertise with an approach that fosters easygoing, relationship-driven interactions. A CSU Northridge graduate and fluent Spanish speaker, he enjoys connecting with people from all backgrounds and cultures. Outside of work, Pete loves riding his bike to the lake or spending time with family in Panama City. One of his favorite aviation memories includes being inverted in a Lear 35—an experience that perfectly reflects his adventurous appreciation for flight.

Evan brings enthusiasm and relationship-driven energy to Jet OUT’s sales team, inspired by a family legacy in aviation that spans generations. As a UW–Milwaukee marketing graduate, he approaches his work with creativity and confidence. Outside of work, Evan enjoys traveling with his wife, Mallory—who also works at Jet OUT—and their two energetic kids, Cohen and Shae. Known for his humor and laid-back spirit, Evan’s grounded outlook keeps both his team and his lawn in top shape.

Madison brings creativity and energy to Jet OUT’s marketing efforts, combining her journalism and advertising background from UW-Whitewater with a love of storytelling. Whether she’s crafting campaigns or content, she approaches every project with curiosity and caffeine in equal measure. Outside of work, Madison spends as much time outdoors as possible—hiking, hunting, or traveling to new states (she’s on a mission to visit all 50!). Known for her humor and warmth, she’s a driving force behind Jet OUT’s brand voice.

Brett blends artistry and storytelling in everything he creates, turning sketches into ideas that inspire and connect. A proud University of Wisconsin–Madison graduate (Go Badgers!), he believes that details matter and that creativity thrives when fueled by curiosity. Outside the office, you’ll find him on the lake—fishing, kayaking, or simply floating the day away—or competing in snow sculpting events during Wisconsin winters. Brett loves exploring new places and embraces the unexpected, finding joy in life’s little surprises and creative moments alike.

Daniel leads with both precision and passion, holding a B.S. in Aviation from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an M.S. in GIS from the University of Southern California. Growing up near an airport sparked his lifelong fascination with flight, a passion that’s guided his professional journey ever since. He and his family love traveling to new destinations and marking them with a pin on their world map. When he’s home, you can find him exploring local spots and discovering new pizza places.

Scott’s aviation career is the realization of a lifelong dream inspired by his father’s work in the airline industry. With degrees from Auburn University and Loyola University Chicago, he combines technical expertise with a calm confidence that makes flying look effortless. He enjoys the camaraderie of seeing familiar faces at Jet OUT, a rarity in aviation. Outside of work, Scott can be found fishing, exploring Europe, or enjoying a cappuccino at a café while planning his next adventure.

Jarrod’s aviation story began with a spontaneous decision to get his pilot’s license—and quickly grew into a lifelong career. Raised on a farm where hard work was the only option, he learned to solve problems and build things from the ground up, skills that now define his leadership at Jet OUT. He thrives on learning new things and tackling any challenge that comes his way. When not flying, Jarrod enjoys cooking, adding to his sock collection, and spending time with his two cats, Lil Duhg and Latreese.

Gary’s aviation career began more than 30 years ago at an EAA fly-in—an experience that changed his life forever. A Milwaukee Area Technical School graduate, he’s built a career defined by curiosity, craftsmanship, and a love for solving complex problems. Gary thrives in an environment of change and believes that challenges are simply opportunities to improve. Outside of work, you’ll find him restoring vintage motorcycles, riding with his family, or exploring new airports just for the fun of it.

Cheryl combines precision and teamwork in her role as Controller.  A former all-conference collegiate softball pitcher, she brings that same competitive spirit and focus to her work at Jet OUT. Outside the office, Cheryl loves fishing in Canada—especially when she reels in a 48-inch musky—and playing rounds of golf, no matter how challenging the game. She also enjoys unwinding with a good TV series and a game of pickleball.

With a lifelong passion for aviation sparked by watching his father skydive and build an airplane at home, Derek took to the skies early—soloing a glider at just 15, before he even had a driver’s license. His curiosity and dedication to flight have shaped a career centered around safety and operational excellence. Derek enjoys spending time on the water when he’s not ensuring every flight meets the highest safety standards. At home, he shares life’s adventures with his Black Lab/Staffordshire Terrier, Bella.
