Jet OUT offers an innovative Co-Ownership platform, making private aviation more accessible and efficient for both the business and personal traveler. Job Responsibilities
  • Face of customer service working directly with Jet OUT customers and clients.
  • Handle incoming calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and urgency.
  • Obtain vital information from customers while assessing credibility of situations.
  • Communicate with outside customers and internal departments to assist customers.
  • Work closely with dispatch team to relay customer information and requests.

Crew Scheduler

As a Crew Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling crew members for flight duties. You will utilize problem-solving skills in order to ensure every aircraft is crewed in accordance with legal rest requirements. This is an opportunity to be a founding member of a new team within Jet OUT. You will receive all the training necessary to gain knowledge of the position and the industry.

Job Responsibilities
  • Resource planning/scheduling of flight crew to ensure maximum utilization of the fleet.
  • Monitor crew duties to ensure compliance within industry-required limits.
  • Inform the flight crew of changes that occur to their rosters.
  • Coordinate flight crew accommodations and transportation.
  • Coordinate roster changes in case of sickness or other unavailability at short notice.
  • Update and maintain respective databases and tracking programs.
  • Perform other tasks/duties assigned by the instructions of the Reporting Manager.
  • Must be able to work Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM with the potential for a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule in the future.
Requirements
  • Two or more years of flight/ground transportation/operations experience.

Detailer/Aircraft Experience Specialist

Summary

The Detailer/Aircraft experience specialist will perform the daily cleaning/detailing responsibilities on the aircraft when they return to base and on non-fly days to keep the level of appearance and quality up to Jet OUT standards. This will include exterior washes, interior cleaning, and carpet cleaning. This person will also restock snacks and drinks on board the aircraft, as well as manage the on-site inventory. This person will receive and complete special requests of customers, such as catering, special snack requests, and the like. This is a full-time job, mostly in evenings/nights, with starting times dependent on flight schedules. This is a Thursday through Monday, full-time work schedule.

Job Responsibilities
  • Aircraft interior and exterior cleaning and polishing.
  • Exterior wet and dry wash.
  • Brightwork metal polishing.
  • Complete interior detail.
  • Dry clean carpet and upholstery.
  • Leather cleaning and conditioning.
  • Stain removal.
  • Wood trim polishing.
  • Lavatory and galley sanitation.
  • Restock aircraft galley provisioning and go-bags.
  • Reorder base provisioning stock (food & beverages).
  • Rotate galley food and beverage stock.
  • Remove and dispose of expired stock.
Requirements
  • Be available for full-time plus have on-call availability

The Travel Coordinator is responsible for arranging,  monitoring, and modifying travel itineraries for pilots and other office staff as needed. This role ensures compliance with company policies while optimizing cost and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of crew travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Adjust bookings in real time to accommodate schedule changes, delays, and reassignments.
  • Communicate itineraries and changes clearly and promptly to flight crew members.
  • Collaborate with crew scheduling and operations teams to ensure travel aligns with flight rosters and duty/rest requirements.
  • Monitor travel disruptions and respond quickly to minimize crew impact and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date travel records using scheduling and travel management systems.
  • Negotiate with travel vendors when needed to resolve issues or secure bookings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in travel coordination, airline crew scheduling, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations regarding crew duty and rest requirements is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Flight Dispatcher

Jet OUT is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Flight Dispatcher to join our team! This position reports directly to the Director of Dispatch and Flight Scheduling.

Utilizing over 5,000 regional airports, we get our owners exactly where they need to be, precisely when they need to be there, while minimizing cost and maximizing productivity. Our success shows in the growth we have experienced over the past couple of years and we are currently in need of dispatchers to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities including flight release, airworthiness assessments, and weather assessments.
  • Confirm availability of airplanes and flight crews in a timely fashion as flight requests are received while optimizing the flight schedule for service quality and cost.
  • Ensure that the flight crew being assigned are qualified, trained, and scheduled in accordance with FAA and company duty and rest time requirements.
  • Coordinate with maintenance to assess aircraft airworthiness before dispatching flights.
  • Monitor the progress of each flight, paying specific attention to weather and field conditions at departure, destination, and alternate airports.
  • Exercise operational control authority as the first point of contact for flight crews in cases of flight changes caused by weather, maintenance, passengers, ATC, flight crews, etc.
  • Coordinate with all appropriate parties regarding unscheduled operation of aircraft due to weather, airport conditions, emergency situations, etc.
  • Initiate emergency response plan as necessary.
  • Work with Dispatch and Concierge team members to analyze operational factors and restrictions that may affect the successful completion of a flight.
  • Communicate in a timely and professional manner with internal departments and to assist customers.
  • When required, handle incoming calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and urgency.
  • When required, obtain vital information from customers while assessing the credibility of situations.
  • Promote customer service during all phases of flight planning.
  • Promote a positive safety and reporting culture.
  • Report any potential or observed safety issues via appropriate methods.
  • Provide coaching and on-the-job training for new-hire dispatchers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • FAA Dispatcher License or flight dispatcher experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
  • Must have strong multitasking skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service setting strongly preferred, whether in a call center or face-to-face setting
  • Ability to work with internal and external customers, and maintain professional relationships
  • Sense of urgency and creativity in solving problems
  • Must be dedicated, punctual, and team-oriented
