Summary

Jet OUT is seeking a System Chief Pilot to help lead pilot operations across the company and support the continued growth and standardization of our flight department. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the System Chief Pilot serves as a key operational leader responsible for pilot standardization, hiring, pilot development, disciplinary oversight, check pilot functions, FAA interaction, operational policy support, and strengthening culture and accountability across the organization.

The System Chief Pilot will provide leadership across our multi-base operation and directly oversee multiple Base Chief Pilots. We are seeking a leader who is fully bought in, leads with professionalism and accountability, and wants to help build a flight department known for high standards, strong culture, and operational credibility.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and mentor with high credibility among pilots. This person must be organized, visible, extroverted, and comfortable leading from the front while balancing operational standards with a practical understanding of line flying. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide company-wide leadership and oversight for flight crew operations across all bases
  • Directly supervise Base Chief Pilots and support the consistent execution of company standards across the system
  • Lead pilot standardization initiatives and promote consistent application of SOPs, policies, and operational expectations
  • Participate in pilot recruitment, interviewing, selection, onboarding, retention, and development
  • Support pilot accountability through performance management, coaching, and disciplinary processes as needed
  • Serve in check pilot functions and conduct or oversee required training and checking events in accordance with company authorization and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations on operational policy, pilot-related procedures, and flight operations initiatives
  • Assist with FAA interactions related to pilot qualifications, standards, manuals, and operational oversight
  • Support manual, SOP, and checklist development and revision

  • Maintain close coordination with training, scheduling, dispatch, and base leadership to support operational continuity
  • Serve as a pilot in the CJ4 on a recurring basis, with an expected flying cadence of approximately one week every other week

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5,000 hours total time

Base Chief Pilot - Dallas, TX

Summary

Jet OUT is looking for a Base Chief Pilot to help support and maintain a high level of professionalism and safety within our flight department. The Base Chief Pilot will be the direct supervisor and primary point of contact for all pilots assigned to the base. Your primary role will be to support the pilots and other flight department personnel and facilitate positive communication channels between the base employees and the Jet OUT main office.

As Jet OUT’s Base Chief Pilot, you are to be highly knowledgeable on Jet OUT’s General Operations Manual, General Training Manual, Operations Specifications, and all other manuals used by the company, as well as the Federal Aviation Regulations and the AFM for aircraft kept at the base.

Your regular duties will include participating in interviews, hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring new employees as well as performing recurrent training, checking events, and regular performance reviews for base pilots. You will also be responsible for handling interpersonal, performance, or disciplinary issues, coordinating local pilot schedules and training, implementing new and updated procedures, and other tasks necessary for the growth of Jet OUT.

Some travel to Milwaukee, WI and other current and future Jet OUT bases will be necessary, as well as other locations for training purposes and to support Jet OUT flight operations.

As a member of Jet OUT’s management, you will have other responsibilities outside of the flight department, specifically representing Jet OUT in dealings with the local FBO and any other service providers we use. You will also be responsible for safety and security roles and facilitating local drug tests. Additional tasks may be assigned by the CEO, COO, Director of Operations, or Chief Pilot as necessary for the growth of Jet OUT.

The Base Chief Pilot plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency, contributing to the overall success of Jet OUT.

Responsibilities
  • Reports to the Chief Pilot.
  • Maintains a close liaison with the Chief Pilot and Director of Operations about department operations.
  • Maintains proficiency as a Pilot-in-Command on the CJ4.
  • Participates in interviews, hiring, onboarding, and separation processes.
  • Supervises local flight crew personnel.
  • Mentor new hires.
  • Coordinate with the Training Manager regarding the training of flight crews.
  • Conducts or supervises training activities of flight crews.
  • Conducts 135.293a and 135.299 checking events.
  • Conducts regular performance evaluations.

  • Responsible for crew flight and duty records and crew duties as required by operational and safety standards set forth by Jet OUT and the Federal Aviation Administration.
  • Supervises distribution and posting of all information or memoranda relative to any changes affecting company policy, route information, navaids, NOTAMS, requesting of flying aids, aeronautical charts, etc.
  • Ensures that all flight crew personnel are certified and supervised according to the requirements specified in the Federal Aviation Regulations.

Data Hygiene & Governance: Own and enforce data quality standards across all HubSpot objects (Contacts, Companies, Tickets). Implement and manage deduplication protocols,  validation rules, standardized naming conventions, data import/export procedures, and routine audits to ensure the CRM remains a trusted, single source of truth.

• AI Tool Enablement: Deploy and optimize HubSpot’s AI-powered capabilities, including Breeze AI copilot, conversation intelligence, and automated data enrichment to enhance service/ productivity, improve lead qualification, and accelerate campaign execution.

• Service Hub Management: Administer and optimize the HubSpot Service Hub, including ticketing pipelines, knowledge base configuration, customer feedback surveys, SLA tracking, and service automation. • Workflow Automation: Design, build, and optimize automated workflows for lead routing, deal pipeline management, task creation, email sequences, service ticket escalation, and internal notifications to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.

• Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain custom dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into service pipeline health, marketing attribution, lead conversion rates, service response times, and owner activity — enabling data-driven decision-making for leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience across multiple Hubs (Marketing, Service, and/or Operations).

• Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining CRM data architecture, including custom objects, property schemas, association mappings, and lifecycle stage frameworks.

• Strong track record of implementing and enforcing data hygiene programs — including deduplication, validation rules, data audits, and governance protocols.

• Experience deploying and optimizing HubSpot AI tools such as Breeze AI copilot, predictive lead scoring, AI content assistants, and conversation intelligence.

• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot Service Hub, including ticketing pipelines, knowledge base, SLAs, and customer feedback workflows.

• Proven ability to develop and deliver CRM training programs, onboarding materials, and self-service documentation that drive user adoption.

• HubSpot certifications strongly preferred (HubSpot Admin, Revenue Operations, Inbound Marketing, or similar).

• Proven experience building complex workflows, custom reports, and automated lead and service management processes.

• Experience managing HubSpot integrations with third-party platforms via native connectors or middleware (e.g., Zapier, Operations Hub).

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable training non-technical users and partnering with senior leadership.

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong desire to optimize and improve systems in a fast- moving, performance-oriented environment.

The Detailer/Aircraft Experience Specialist will perform the daily cleaning/detailing responsibilities on the aircraft when they return to base and on non-fly days to keep the level of appearance and quality up to Jet OUT standards. This will include exterior washes, interior cleaning, and carpet cleaning. This person will also restock snacks and drinks on board the aircraft, as well as manage the on-site inventory. This person will receive and fulfill customer special requests, such as catering and special snack requests. This is a full-time job, mostly in the evening/night, with starting times dependent on flight schedules. This is a Thursday through Monday work schedule; start time depends on the flight schedule.

Maintenance Controller

Location

Summary

This will be the first member of what will become a 4-person team. Initially you will work 4 x 10hr shifts Tuesday – Friday (1 PM-11 PM).  When fully staffed, there will be a 1st shift (4am-2pm) and 2 nd shift(1 pm-11 PM) and they will be 4on – 4off that will continually rotate but can be tracked through the year. The MXC staff will work at the Jet OUT headquarters office in the OCC alongside the dispatch team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Central point of contact for front-line crewmembers and all maintenance-related matters.
  • Ensures adherence to Jet OUT’s quality standards and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide real-time support and release authority squawks/deferrals on our fleet.
  • Log and track squawks and AOG information into Jet OUT’s squawk log for data tracking.
  • Coordinate repairs through outside or in-house MX as appropriate, following the FAA regulations and Jet OUT’s GOM.
  • Tracking scheduled MX and coordinating with DOM and/or service centers.
  • Tracking of deferred MX and coordinating the resolutions.
  • Vetting outside service providers and maintaining appropriate records.
  • Give daily and end-of-week updates to the DOM.
  • Review WO statuses for completion and follow up after MX events.
  • Create and maintain an open/deferred discrepancy dashboard.
  • Update Jet OUTs next due board hours and cycles.
  • This person will be instrumental in developing Jet OUT’s MX control department and SOPs.
Requirements
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
     
  • 5 years of line maintenance and troubleshooting experience
     
  • Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations
     
  • Great organizational and communication skills
     
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and acquire a SIDA badge
     
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
     
  • Have prior Cessna Citation experience
     
  • Have prior MXC experience
