Co-Owner Empty Leg Flight Terms and Conditions

By submitting this booking, you acknowledge that all empty leg reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Jet OUT within 24 hours. Once confirmed, the reservation is final and non-cancellable. If you request a cancellation after confirmation, Jet OUT will make reasonable efforts to resell or reassign the flight. However, if the flight is not resold, you remain fully responsible for all associated operating costs. This booking is governed by the Jet OUT Co-Ownership Program Agreement, including all applicable terms regarding cancellation, Travel Day usage, and cost allocation. Cancellation notices must be submitted via email to hello@jetout.com.
