Friends, meet Jet OUT Director of Operations Kodye Shier. Kodye has helped lay the foundation for what makes Jet OUT so capable of delivering Nonstop Efficiency safely and effectively.
Kodye spent five years flying for regional airline out of California, three of which were spent as a Captain. The airline had rigorous safety standards and various flight procedures, which Kodye has incorporated to “help sustain the growth Jet OUT is experiencing, equipping flight crews with standardized methods” to keep pilots and passengers safe.
With more than 6,000 hours of flight experience, Kodye contributed to the upgrading of Jet OUT’s safety and training levels; Jet OUT is now fully Part 135 certified and can operate without pre-set limits in relation to the size and scope of its operations. Kodye has been our Director of Operations for 2 years and has helped lay the foundation for what makes Jet OUT so capable of delivering Nonstop Efficiency safely and effectively.
Kodye loves to see his colleagues succeed at Jet OUT. “When I see people just starting with Jet OUT begin to get comfortable, achieve their goals… it’s exciting to see my coworkers adopt the culture and procedures we’ve created here.” Kodye is a big supporter of both the Packers and Brewers, especially during playoff season. If Kodye could hop a Jet OUT flight anywhere in the US right this second, he’d trek down to Scottsdale to catch some Spring Training baseball and make time for a visit to Rehab Burger.
