Jet OUT adds nine aircraft and introduces pioneering partnership programs

MILWAUKEE, WI – Jet OUT, the Milwaukee-based company redefining the private aviation industry through its personalized alternative to traditional fractional ownership, announced the addition of nine Citation CJ4 Gen2 aircraft to its existing fleet of eight, and innovative collaborations with Textron Aviation and Charter Flight Support. These are key milestones underscoring Jet OUT’s ongoing growth and continued commitment to operational excellence.

Jet OUT accelerates fleet expansion with Textron Aviation for nationwide growth

Jet OUT continues to execute its nationwide growth strategy, reporting substantial progress under its ongoing fleet order with Textron Aviation, which designs and manufactures the Cessna Citation CJ4 Gen2. The company has already taken delivery of three Citation CJ4 Gen2 aircraft in 2025, with three more scheduled before year's end and an additional six firm orders slated for delivery in 2026. These aircraft are expected to expand Jet OUT’s fleet to 11 CJ4 Gen2 aircraft by year-end 2025 and to 17 by the close of 2026.

Two of these new aircraft will be positioned at Jet OUT’s recently announced Dallas–Fort Worth base, reinforcing the company’s expanding national presence across the Upper Midwest, Southwest, North Central Texas, and South Florida.

“Jet OUT continues to scale its fleet and network of bases in tandem,” said Joseph Crivello, CEO of Jet OUT. “Each CJ4 Gen2 added to our fleet enhances our ability to deliver a consistent, owner-first experience. A modern, uniform fleet allows us to consistently deliver the reliability and performance that clients expect from one of North America’s fastest growing light jet operators.”

Driving forward with Nonstop Efficiency, the company will continue bolstering its CJ4 Gen2 fleet through 2026. Jet OUT is executing its mission of building a nationwide network of aircraft unified by best-in-class Co-Ownership and Co-Lease programs. The unified home-base network and single-type operations enable Jet OUT to uphold the industry’s highest operational standards, distinguishing the company in a competitive market.

Real-time maintenance insights

Jet OUT announced an initiative to gather real-time maintenance insights from its Citation CJ4 Gen2 fleet. Under this program, Jet OUT streams aircraft health and performance data every 30 minutes to its in-house maintenance team and OEM support teams, an optimal frequency for predictive maintenance analytics.

The onboard AReS (Aircraft Recording System) captures more than 12,000 parameters at 80 samples per second, producing one of the industry’s most detailed data sets. Every 30 minutes, Jet OUT’s maintenance, technology, and support teams translate this data into a near real-time fleet snapshot, enabling faster diagnostics, quicker parts response, and more informed decision-making across the CJ4 platform. On track to surpass 8,000 Citation CJ4 fleet hours in 2025, Jet OUT leverages its operational scale and the unique insights gained from high-utilization flying.

This approach delivers predictive reliability, faster issue resolution, and actionable insights across the fleet. Combining operator-generated data with OEM technical expertise enhances reliability, efficiency, and dispatch performance.

“Given the scale of Jet OUT’s fleet and the comprehensive detail captured by the AReS system, we can deliver operational insights at an unmatched frequency and depth,” said Matt Wild, COO of Jet OUT. “We’re transforming these insights into predictive tools that enhance reliability and efficiency throughout the Citation CJ4 community.”

Together with Jet OUT Mission Complete and a growing fleet of factory-new CJ4 Gen2 aircraft, this collaboration embodies a comprehensive approach to reliability, integrating technology, operational scale, and disciplined execution to elevate standards in private aviation.
